Plantation Lakes is located in Kingston Seymour in North Somerset. The three lakes are beautifully landscaped with trees, flowers and have a good marginal plant growth throughout. All are well stocked with a variety of mixed Coarse fish and offer a great days fishing.
Two self catering holiday units are also now available. Each chalet can sleep up to four people. These are available to rent for both long and short periods.
The Coarse Lake:
Recently cleaned out and de-silted, this secluded, peaceful lake is a popular venue and seems to fish well in any conditions. It is a well established and mature lake that is approximately 2.5 acres in size. and has about 40 pegs that can all accommodate shelters for various weather conditions. The lake contains 9 different species including a good stock of: Carp, Perch, Tench, Golden Rudd, Rudd, Bream, Roach, Dace and Gudgeon.
The Match Lake:
This unique lake was designed for the match fisherman providing space for 40 pegs. The lake has been stocked with huge levels of Carp, Rudd, Tench, Roach, Bream, Golden Rudd, Perch and Skimmers. The lake can be booked for open and club matches
The Carp Lake:
This 0.75 acre lake is situated at the end of the fishery. What this lake
lacks in size, it makes up for in great fishing. The Lake is stocked with a good head of Carp, including Common Carp, Mirror Carp and
Ghost Carp. The biggest Carp is now approaching the 20lb mark.
