Hele Barton

Hele Barton Farm is located near Bude on a 546 acre farm nestled in stunning countryside of outstanding natural beauty. Surrounded by meadows, woods and three coarse fishing lakes. Hele Barton is the perfect haven for getting away from it all!

The three lakes are well stocked with various coarse fish, mostly carp & tench; they offer great fishing whether you are a beginner or the more experienced angler who is up for a challenge. Our big lake, extending to 1.5 acres is open to the public all year round. Various day tickets are available. (Please enquire)

We do ask that you use the correct tackle and that fishing rules are followed at all times when fishing at Hele Barton.

Fishing Rules

BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY (Micro barb hooks and flattened barbed hooks are still barbed hooks)

No fixed rigs/leads (which could tether fish)

No keepnets or carp sacks

No particle baits (nuts and pulses) except sweetcorn

No fires. No radios.

Under 14's to be accompanied by an adult at all times

Anglers must have a suitable landing net and disgorger

Day tickets are available for the Big Lake only. A standard adult ticket (dawn til dusk) is £5 for 1 rod or £6 for two rods.
