Blagdon Farm is located in the west of Devon and consists of 8 south facing self-catering holiday cottages overlooking our own 2½ acre lake, with outstanding views of the forest and fields beyond. Five miles away is the ancient town of Holsworthy with its pretty market square and village shops. Ten miles away is Launceston, the ancient capital of and acknowledged gateway to Cornwall sitting astride the A30 one mile from the Devon/ Cornwall border, in an area of considerable beauty and charm with its own castle, range of shops and a large Tesco for all your shopping needs. Fifteen miles away are the famous surf beaches of Bude and Widemouth. Tintagel and the picturesque fishing port of Padstow.

The cottages have been designed and purpose built as fully accessible and wheelchair friendly. This award winning 4 and 5 star cottage site, set in 11 acres of rural Devon countryside, has its own heated indoor hydrotherapy swimming pool and a licensed bistro both of which are also fully accessible. Blagdon Farm was designed from the outset to be disabled friendly, especially where accessibility is a priority, and has been awarded an accessibility grading on all cottages of either 1 or 2 - the highest achievable.
