Bussells Farm

Bussells has seven cottages which have been converted from a range of 19th century stone barns. They are spacious and light taking full advantage of the fine surrounding views across the Exe valley.

The cottages are comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard. Each has a separate lounge with colour TV, and a kitchen/breakfast room fitted to the highest standards and includes freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Teal, Heron, Mallard, Cherry and Willow cottages sleep six in three bedrooms. Swan cottage has a larger third bedroom equipped with two single beds. Kingfisher is a four bedroom cottage sleeping seven.

While staying at Bussells you have access to our thirty acres of farmland, stables and lakes. The lakes provide our guests with excellent coarse fishing and are securely fenced for safety. We have a large heated outdoor swimming pool, a children's adventure playground, and an indoor games room.

Bussells has two lakes and a connecting pond providing an overall water area of approximately 2.5 acres. The lakes are spring fed and vary in depth up to ten feet stocked with carp up to 25lb, bream and tench to 7lb and lots of smaller bream and roach. The lakes are available for fishing 365 days a year from dawn until dusk.
