Clawford is a private 78 acre estate, situated in the peaceful & tranquil setting of the Claw Valley in the rolling hills of the glorious Devon countryside.
Clawford enjoys a warm southerly aspect with superb views of the vineyards, orchards, woods and lakes.

Bed & Breakfast
The Clawford complex contains eight, all en-suite , large, well appointed, centrally heated bedrooms.
All bedrooms are light and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities and remote controlled colour TV's. The accommodation comprises of double, twin and triple rooms.
Self Catering
We have six, luxury, two bedroom units plus eight luxury self catering apartments available for couples, including two super deluxe units.
Fishing
Whilst staying here at Clawford fishing is free to all residents. We have 16 lakes totaling over 45 acres of water. Each lake is well stocked and has a selection of mixed Coarse fish : Common, Mirror, Crucian, Ghost and Grass Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Orfe, Barbel, Golden Tench, Blue Tench, Golden/Pink Orfe, Green Rudd, Gold Carp, Goldfish, Catfish, Ide, Chub, Gudgeon, Perch. Our on site tackle is open daily from 9am -12.noon with a good range of bait, ground bait and tackle. We do ask that you use no live or dead bait, no particles or nuts except hemp or sweetcorn. No Carp what so ever in keepnets and barbless hooks only. Full rules at fishery.
