Fishing Holidays in South Devon

On our superb award-winning park, just minutes from the sea, lie Cofton Lakes, five private well-stocked and well-featured coarse fishing waters.

Healthy carp up to 20lbs, roach, rudd, bream, perch, tench and koi are standard fare here. Surrounded by lush vegetation and mature trees, the lakes are a haven for wildlife and have become one of our proudest achievements to date – as reconised by our David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award.

Fishing is exclusively for our guests and there is no closed season. So apart from summer family holidays, a visit during quieter times of the year can really pay dividends. There is a lake for over 18s only. Bait and tackle are available on the park. Permits are available by the day or the week and are very reasonably priced.

We are open all year round and between November and mid-March fishing is free. We have pitches available for touring caravans, motor homes and tents – hard-standing and super pitches are also available. For a more comfortable stay we also offer modern holiday homes, converted 100-year old cottages and luxury apartments.
