Boating and fishing trips available locally, with day excursions to Lundy Island operating from Bideford (3 miles). Ferry across the water to Appledore. River fishing on the Taw,Torridge,Exe and Barle, as well as Stillwater Coarse & Game fishing nearby. South West Lakes Trust have small reservoirs at Bideford and Torrington offering carp to 30lb and the chance of large bags of silver fish.Tuition can be arranged along with sea fishing trips on local charters.

The cottage has one bedroom, with a fitted kitchen/dining room. On the first floor is an attractive sitting room with electric coal effect stove, twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom.
