Quietly nestled away in the picturesque village of Chulmleigh, Devon you will find the perfect haven and a warm welcome awaits you at Park Mill Farm. Park Mill Farm has a selection of 4 beautiful 5* holiday cottages which have been sympathetically converted from a period barn and tastefully decorated to a very high standard making your stay here both relaxing and memorable.

Cottages sleep from 2 – 6 (total 14) and each has a wood burning stove together with an eco-friendly under-floor heating/hot water system. Contemporary, stylish and fully equipped with each luxury double bedroom having its own bathroom or wet room. There are natural slate flagstones to ground floors whilst the upper floors are solid oak. French-doors provide access to private patio, BBQ and gardens. Flat Screen TV’s and wireless internet access provide all your creature comforts. In addition there is a quaint 4* traditional cottage with its own sunny conservatory, and 2 good sized bedrooms sleeping 4.

The cottages are located in a tranquil setting close to the river with 20 acres of fields, woodlands, lake and parkland for you to take in the country air, whilst enjoying the surrounding views.
The Chulmleigh area provides many leisure activities, golf, horse riding, watching cricket on a pitch with fabulous views, fishing, mountain biking and hill walking. The 180 mile Tarka Trail is close by and Park Mill Farm is the perfect base for exploring both Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Fishing at Park Mill Farm

There are two rivers (The Little Dart and The Huntacott) running through Park Mill Farm and a private fishing lake where holiday guests can enjoy free fly and coarse fishing.
