Coarse Fishing
South West Lakes Coarse fisheries include over 275 acres of water with fisheries ranging in size from 2 to 81 acres. These established lakes are located in outstandingly beautiful and secluded rural areas across the South West. Enjoy the tranquillity that our waters provide with established tree-lined banks, lily pads and weed beds with natural woodlands surrounding them. Fish for Carp to 40lbs, Pike to 30lbs. Bream to 15lb, Perch over 5lbs, Roach over 3lbs and Eels over 5lbs.

Competitions 
South West Lakes regularly hold Carp and Match competitions at Upper Tamar Lake, located close to the coastal resort of Bude, with prize money exceeding £3500! Visit our match competition pages for more information. 

Game Fishing  

South West Lakes 12 Trout Fisheries, ranging from 40 - 900 acres, are set in peaceful, un-spoilt countryside in a range of spectacular habitats. Fish for Rainbows to 14lbs, Blues to 4lbs and Brown to 10lbs. Traditional fly fishing is the rule at our stocked fisheries, although, other methods can be used at our free wilderness Trout waters. Boats are available to hire at some waters which provide an alternative to bank angling. Most of the waters also benefit from facilities designed for disabled or wheelchair anglers.
