Cripps Farm Holidays is in a peaceful location with beautiful with onsite Coarse fishing lakes. The landscaped grounds have far reaching views across the Somerset Levels to the Mendip hills, Glastonbury Tor and the Quantock hills and is the perfect base for exploring this beautiful county of Somerset with cathedral cities and Medieval villages, Victorian seaside resorts, breath taking beaches and beautiful, diverse countryside full of nature trails, moorland and woodland walks. From Roman Bath Spa with picturesque cobble streets, boutique shopping to Ancestral landmarks.

 

Cripps Farm has 4 self – catering cottages which sleep 3-5 guests. The cottages Swallow, Kingfisher, Woodpecker and Barn Owl are fully furnished with a home-to-home feel. The kitchens are well equipped and there are lots of little extras added within the cottage.  Each Holiday Cottage has an open plan living area consisting of lounge/diner and kitchen, bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. To the front of each cottage, there is a veranda with table and chairs, so you can sit back and enjoy the abundance of wildlife sat by your front door. Pets are welcome in Barn Owl and Kingfisher Cottage. As well as the beautiful cottages we also have 6 hard standing pitches for touring and motorhome - 4 along the riverside and 2 just behind the riverside pitches and 29 seasonal pitches which are fully serviced with electric hook ups.

Cripps River Spa is an Exclusive Spa Experience. We offer a range of exclusive spa packages and holistic therapies in a space designed for pure, blissful relaxation. The spa area can cater for up to 4 people at a time, a perfect place to catch up with friends or family. You can book our packages with or without treatments. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 

 

Here at Cripps Farm, we have two stunning picturesque fishing lakes and the confluence of the two rivers, Cripps & Bure. The lakes are open all year round and the rivers are open from 16th June to 15th March. Both lakes are stocked with a mixed bag of healthy coarse fish. Mendip lake is the smaller one of the two and only a few meters away from the cottages and touring site. Quantock lake - This is the bigger one of the two lakes. With different features to fish too. Top of the lake being a prime spot along the reed bed and to the bottom of the lake a small island. Whilst fishing the lakes we do ask that you follow our fishing rules (can be seen on website) and that you have a current EA rod licence.
