Netherbridge Lakes & Holiday Barns is the perfect base for exploring the Devon & Cornish countryside with free onsite Coarse fishing and River fishing on the River Tamar which is free if you have a valid river fishing license. Nestled in an area of natural beauty and with views across to Dartmoor the barns at Netherbridge Lakes are a delightful place for any type of getaway anytime of the year. Each of the 9 barns are decorated to a high standard with a real home from home feel and sleep from 2 – 6 guests and include Free WiFi. Swift, Swallow, Otter, Badger and Wren barns have their own private hot tubs. In the Roost you will find air hockey, a football table and darts for the whole family to enjoy. Here at Netherbridge we have 2 well stocked Coarse fishing lakes which is free to fish when staying.

The Top Lake -The smaller of the two lakes with two small islands this lake was stocked with the same number of fish as the larger bottom lake. There are fish up to 12lb including Grass, Common and Mirror Carp along with Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd. The maximum depth of this lake is a little over 6ft at the deepest point.

The Bottom Lake - The Larger of the two lakes with a small island this lake was stocked with the same number of fish as the smaller top lake. There are fish up to 14lb including Grass, Common and Mirror Carp along with Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd.
