Rose Lodge, Chew Stoke - Somerset

Rose Lodge is perfectly situated in the Chew Valley making it the ideal place to stay if you are keen fisherman. The lodge is just a 5min walk from Woodford Lodge which over looks the stunning Chew Valley Lake. The area is beautiful for exploring – perfect for the odd bike ride, walking or further afield by car the village of Chew Magna which has some charming amenities. Bristol is just a 40 min drive from Chew Valley with a shopping mall, restaurants, river trips and tours around the city. 

 

Rose Lodge is beautifully decorated and sleeps 4 guests (1 king size bed, one king size sofa bed). The lodge is fully equipped with all you need making your stay hassle free and relaxing. The lodge has a private balcony and free parking on the premises as it’s a stand alone lodge. WiFi is included when staying, there is also a hairdryer and travel cot upon request if needed.

 

The area offers some great fishing on the famous Chew Valley Lake, the lake is approx.1200 acres with 32 motorboats to hire. The lake is stocked with Rainbows, Brown Trout and Pike over 40lbs.
