The Lodge – sleeps 2 with a modern open planned self-catering kitchen and breakfast bar with stunning view across the Broadlands estate. 

The Hay Barn – sleeps 6 and has a light airy feel to it and is perfect for families. The Hay Barn is open planned with a breakfast bar and lounge which overlook Broadlands Estate.

The Long Barn – Sleeps 4 with two bedrooms, a king and 2 singles. Although open planned The Long Barn feels cosy with a home from home feel to it. 

With beautiful scenery over the Broadland Estate and great location, you can visit Romsey Town within walking distance and the Abbey.  The surrounding areas of the New Forest, Winchester, Southampton and Paultons Parks.
